The license

PaperFormat Pro is licensed, not sold. After purchase you receive an activation code that unlocks the software on the machine you activate it on.

• Lifetime license — the activation code unlocks the version current at the time of purchase and all minor updates within the same major version, on a single machine, for the life of that version.
• Monthly license — the activation code stays valid while your subscription is active. It stops working if the subscription lapses.
• One machine per code. The code binds to the device where it is first activated. Moving to a new machine may require re-activation; contact us and we will help.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record; prices shown are final in USD and Paddle handles global tax (VAT / GST / sales tax) at checkout. You are charged by Paddle, not by us directly.

Refunds

Because the free trial lets you verify the formatting engine works for your template before buying, we generally do not offer refunds on license purchases. If something is genuinely broken on our side, email [email protected] and we will make it right. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Your documents and privacy

The app runs entirely on your computer. Your documents are never uploaded. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse-engineer, crack, or redistribute the software or its activation codes. We reserve the right to disable codes obtained through fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives at this URL. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
