How refunds, cancellations, and disputes work for PaperFormat Pro.

PaperFormat Pro offers a free trial so you can verify the formatting engine works for your document before purchasing. Because the trial lets you confirm compatibility upfront, we generally do not offer refunds on license purchases.
If you experience a problem that is clearly on our side — for example, the app will not launch or a paid feature is broken — email us at [email protected] and describe the issue. If we cannot make it work for you, we will issue a refund at our discretion.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your Paddle receipt or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until that date. We do not provide partial refunds for unused days in the current billing period.
If you cancel, your activation code will be revoked at the end of the period and will no longer unlock the app.
Lifetime licenses are one-time purchases. They are not refundable once the activation code has been delivered, unless there is a verifiable technical defect that we cannot resolve.
We handle payment disputes through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. If you have a billing question, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a chargeback. Abuse of chargebacks may result in revocation of your license.
Where applicable local consumer protection laws grant you refund or cooling-off rights, those rights remain in effect. Contact [email protected] and we will comply with the relevant law.
